Testing, Testing, Testing!
Standardized testing begins April 8th.  Please make certain that your child gets plenty of rest each night and has a good breakfast each morning.  In addition, each child should have at least two #2 pencils for school during testing.


Math - We are beginning geometry in 4-M.  The children will learn about planes, space figures, lines,  circles, and much more this month.

English - We will be doing a unit on poetry this month.  Children will learn about the
             different types of poetry and try their hand at writing some wonderful poems.

       We're Hatching Eggs!
    4-M has been incubating eggs this month.  We are hatching chicken eggs and duck eggs this year.  We have two incubators going.  The chicken eggs are due to hatch next week.   The duck eggs will hatch the week before vacation.   4-M has been busy learning about the incubation process and has been loving it!
